We aim for all our valued customers to be satisfied with their purchases from www.blissberry.com.au as a guarantee we are happy to exchange or credit all purchases that are unsuitable within the 14 days of purchase. We ask for returns to be sent back in its original condition with tags attached. If a product is unsuitable, please return it to us with postage paid. Postage and handling charges are not refundable. To return or exchange an item please follow the steps listed below:- Contact our customer service department via e-mail, at blisskidz@bigpond.com.au or phone 02 9816 1244 with the following information when requesting to return an item:- 1. Order number 2. Product name 3. Reason for return 4. Return for replacement, exchange or refund We will contact you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN#) and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please remember that all returned products must be in the original condition (unused or soiled) with all packing material, manuals and registration card(s). Please ensure that returned products are re-packaged with care, so that they are in suitable condition to be re-sold. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if items are returned used, soiled or damaged. Please note:- All returns must have an RAN number. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us and we will provide separate instructions for return, refund or replacement.
